I had my first experience with fraudulent charges yesterday and this chase location helped ease my panic. I was able to file a claim, get reimbursed and have a new card issued in under 20 minutes....

This location is one of the worst ones atms are always broken and if you try to go inside customer service is the worst also the don't have restrooms for there clients
