Seven people in line, one teller, three employees walking around not doing anything. Find a better one.
I never seen a Chase Bank with only one Teller And one banker! If you're on time crunch? Don't go here. Only 3 people in front of me and it taking 30min.
2 tellers working on a Friday afternoon which is payday. The line is out the door. Maybe with the corporate tax cut Chase can afford to hire more tellers and improve customer svc. We will see.
