My name is Phong Phan, Charlotte and I have been married for over 13 years. We have two beautiful children Milan and London. I am currently working in operation for BASF and part time at Charlotte Nails. I have over 10 years of experience serving as consultants for the Vietnamese Nails Salon owners in Texas and Illinois. Working with salon owners with sanitation preparedness to guests services and advising in negotiating with TDLR regarding fines. My beautiful wife, Charlotte has been practicing Nails for over 16 years. She practicing and refining her skills from the South side of Chicago to now this fine city of Port Arthur. She love doing challenging nails shapes and designs. I have not seeing a design she can't do or any unhappy client she work on. We maybe be the best kept secret in town for now but it will not be long before you will know us as a brand you can trust. We love to meet you, so come in to enjoy a glass of wine while getting pampered by our staff.

Place was very clean and welcoming. The massage chairs are amazing. Excellent service. My nail tech did an awesome job and it wasn't expensive at all compared to others.
