Charlie's Long Bar is open each evening for food and beverage service. Pull up a cowhide-covered bar stool at the longest copper-top bar in Texas. Enjoy ample flat-screen TVs, as well as shuffleboard, billiards, and darts to provide additional entertainment.

Stayed at the Hyatt for a conference and had a Fun experience at Charlie's Long Bar. Staff are friendly and drinks/food were spot on. Add friendly crowds makes a great impression for visitors.

It was one of the only places open due to renovation at the hotel. Nice enough set up and bartenders were friendly. Food was just average.
