This is the worst company to deal with. They don't answer phone calls or emails. But will send out pictures of your lawn and trash cans and neighbors complaints of dog poo when you don't even own...

This company is nothing more than a parasite taking advantage of homeowners. They don't follow through, aren't consistent, and are terrible at accounting. I am a board member, not just a home owner.
