Chaparral maintains a quantity and variety of machines in stock for training, demonstration, and rapid delivery to our customers. Chaparral service excels as a "value added" element to compliment the machine tool product lines we offers. Chaparral Machinery is a distributor for Hurco, Trumpf, Haeger, Femco, Zimmermann, OmniTurn, Servo Products and Mitsui High-Tec.Chaparral's machine sales are rapidly approaching 1, 100 units in the field, with approximately 170 units in the country of Mexico. Our full spectrum marketing strategy combines regular sales visits with trade shows, mailings, telemarketing, regional advertising, Internet and e-commerce. Our salesmen are experienced in matching machine product features to the demands of manufacturing prospects, whether those prospects are original equipment manufacturers or production job shops. Chaparral sales personnel are knowledgeable in mechanical issues and offer "hands-on experience" with the elements of the computerized controls.Factory trained certified service technicians have "state of the art" tools for diagnosis, repair, and testing. Chaparral maintains several service trucks that contain parts and tools for prompt and efficient machine service. Chaparral's service department conducts classroom sessions upon request for existing customers and new prospects to provide operator and program training. Chaparral holds classes for additional training, maintenance on machine tool service, and advanced programming when requested.
