Great customer service. Fixed wireless to house in the country. Work every time - with a live person - when some issue appears. Even on a Friday night at 10 with Harvey bearing down.

I've had CEO etc. Internet service for 3 years. It is perhaps the most poorly run business and LEAST RELIABLE of any ISP I've ever had. Need tech support? - they won't answer during business...

Horrible internet provider but we are stuck with these highwaymen. Suddenlink is miles better and cheaper! Fiber line goes out every week and they never call you back. Joke of a customer service...
