TJC Center for Earth and Space Science Education
The Center for Earth and Space Science Education, located at Tyler Junior College, is a premier educational facility in East Texas dedicated to exploring the wonders of the universe. Originally opened in 1963 as the Hudnall Planetarium, it underwent significant renovations in 2011, transforming into a state-of-the-art planetarium with the first 40 Spitz nano-seam domed theatre in the region.
The center features an immersive full-dome video experience powered by the latest in digital projection technology, the Digitarium Aethos, along with interactive displays and outdoor play spaces. It serves as a hub for educational programs and special events, catering to diverse audiences interested in earth and space sciences. Generated from the website
