Hot water goes out a lot. They don't fix things. Towed our car despite being a resident, praying that I can at least get some of my money back with the deposit.

The staff is wonderful. Great renovated apartment, they're forgiving but not on the riff raff. If you have an issue, talk to them they'll resolve it.
