I don't understand how exactly they help with immigration when not only does the state fund 65%... why are they still so expensive when it comes to paying the state fees? They charge too much....

I've been trying to get support from Catholic charities for over 10 years. Every time I call it's the same excuse they don't have any funding. Yet I see their transportation vehicles all over town...
