The Capital Area Rural Transportation System, also known as CARTS, is a rural transit district formed through inter-local agreement by nine-county governments, surrounding the Texas capital city. Based in Austin, Texas, the district serves more than 169 communities and delivers customized transportation services. CARTS delivers transportation tailored for each of the 169 communities. After going to there website and seeing where they drive to I scheduled a pickup. I got a call saying they don't drive in the Austin or Round Rock area even though there website shows they do.
