Carshon's Deli, established in 1928 by Jewish immigrant David Carshon, is one of the oldest restaurants in Fort Worth, Texas and the city's only kosher-style deli. It has been family-owned and operated since its inception and offers New York style sandwiches, side orders, deli products, and delectable desserts.

Originally located in downtown Fort Worth, Carshon's later moved to W. Berry Street near TCU before settling at its present location since the early '70s. With a rich history and a commitment to quality, Carshon's Deli continues to serve its customers with authentic flavors and a taste of tradition.
