Without our clients we would not be able to design, create and build some of the most wonderful places in the world!When an estimate is requested a project manager will reach out to you by phone to introduce him/herself and get the conversation started. Vital information such as contact info and general information about your project will be documented in your account. Once this is done a consultation date will be chosen and an email confirmation will be sent. Your project manager will reach out to you the day before to confirm time of consultation.On day of consultation we will go over your project vision, document photos and take necessary measurements. If any questions or specific concerns about your project arise. This would be a great opportunity to discuss with your project manager in person. We strive to always be available for our clients and provide as much guidance and insight as possible.Efficiency is key, in most cases we are able to provide written estimates within 24 to 48 hours after consultation. This may vary depending on what type of project and scale of project. With your time in mind we make great efforts to ensure your deadlines are met.Project kickoff will commence on the date agreed upon by client and Pro Custom Service. Work will commence and day to day objectives will begin and come to completion.
