Dr. Dean Chauvin is the director of Hamilton Vascular in Katy, Texas with more that 11 years of experience and knowledge as a Board Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist. His education and career experience allow him to diagnose and treat patients using minimally invasive techniques for a variety of diseases.

Christine Gilbert, PA-C MBA CCRN RPhS is a certified physician assistant at Hamilton Vascular in our Katy Clinic. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University, Bachelor of Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School Chicago. Christine has 25 plus years of combined experience in cardiothoracic surgery, neurointerventional surgery, plastic surgery and vascular medicine. When she is not seeing patients, Christine enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Throughout her career as a vascular surgeon, Dr. Terrell Singleton has helped patients overcome the pain associated with vein disease by diagnosing and treating vein issues such as varicose veins and venous insufficiency. Highly trained in outpatient vein procedures, she utilizes the most current technology to provide relief from leg swelling, skin discoloration, leg cramping, achy legs, and more. The minimally invasive techniques mastered by Dr. Singleton include ablation and options for sclerotherapy. These relieve pain and enable patients to return to normal activities quickly.
