A very bad experience with this agency. My family bought tickets through them and have been waiting for over 6 months for a refund. The agent Naheed Ahmed will not return emails or phone calls....

Always have exceptional service, they go above and beyond of what is requested of them! Been a regular customer of theirs for 5+ years.

I bought my tickets to India from them. They have the worst customer service. They got our names wrong on the ticket and we had been emailing them for weeks, still have not got the right response....
