The elevator never works. I finally got out of this place last year. It was an absolute nightmare. One or both elevators were out of order for nearly my entire lease. Do not pay "downtown"...

Warning to all: elevators don't work frequently. Some days they just... don't. Look out if you have to walk up to the 10th floor. They are 60+ years old and in bad need of replacement. Plumbing...
