We were having a hard time getting to closing, but after berating the mortgage people, the contract went to Capital Title and everything FLEW. They moved fast so that we didn't need yet another...

Very professional organization. I would definately use them again for future transactions. Settlement statement was provided very quickly and accurate for my transaction.
