HistoryApril grew up in the small town of Brenham. She moved to San Marcos, TX to attend Southwest Texas University. While attending school, she was hired to be an apartment manager at Post Oak Villas. This job helped her realize her passion for helping people find a place to live. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Finance, she began her venture into real estate. Once she earned her real estate license, she found her home at Capitol Area Realty in Austin. Their family environment along with good, honest people was the perfect fit. Roger and April were married in 2005. Shortly after that, they started a family. April tried out a couple of local brokerages but neither seemed to be the right fit so she decided it was time to start her own family company. In 2009, Guadalupe River Realty was established.
