Room was infested with bed bugs. My family has bites all over us from this. Showed one of the bugs to the front desk that we didn't find until two nights before we checked out. They gave us $40...

This hotel is wrong as hell. Let me first just start off with the manager who's name is Brandon was so rude that he threatened to call the cops on me and my family after giving us our money back...
