History

Cameo Appearance Salon was birthed out of the love and passion Cameo Rodriguez has for hair, continuing education and building others' self confidence. Cameo's passion was apparent at an early age which allowed her to take a cosmetology course in her junior and senior year of high school and later an in-depth apprenticeship at a well known salon in Grapevine. Cameo also completed an instructor's course at HEB ISD so she can be a licensed cosmetology instructor. In 2015 Cameo and Joel Rodriguez got married and combined both of their talents. Joel Rodriguez is a talented Stylist from Puerto Rico. He has been internationally trained and completed over 3,000 training hours in barbering, cosmetology and advanced cosmetology. With his many years of training Joel has mastered mens hair cutting, women's haircuts, coloring and styling. He is certified in Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin treatments and other chemical services.
