History

I started my private practice of Law in Januaary 1970 in Dallas, Texas and continued my private practice of Law in Dallas until early 2005 when I moved to Fredericksburg, Texas. My 40 + years of legal experience has been in family law, divorces, child support, child custody, Wills, Trusts and collection work for banks and insurance companies. I have handled civil trials, appeals to State Court of Appeals, Texas Supreme Court, Federal District Courts, Federal Appeals Courts and have even filed a Motion with the U. S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
