Fixed a wifi card issue I was having. Great service. I had a couple other problems prior to this they couldn't fix (in another computer) and I wasn't charged when they couldn't fix it.

I had an issue with my lap top and helped me over the phone. Great customer service, this was on a day that were not open and I did not realize that. They picked up the phone and helped me out....
