History

Calaveras opened with only three artists and now have a staff of seven with both male and female artists with more than 30 years of combined experience in the art of tattooing. Our goal is to provide our locals and tourists with the same knowledgeable friendly service that they can count on. We provide custom work and are willing to collaborate with our clients to provide them with top-of-the-line artwork, while striving to ensure a safe and sterile environment that will keep our friendships fresh for years to come. We are located in the historical Art District of Southtown near downtown, a block away from Hemisphere and within walking distance from the River Walk and River Center Mall. We are open seven days a week from 1pm to 9pm (though on Sundays we close our doors at 5pm). So stop by and see what we can do for you. We'd love to work with you to design your next piece of art.
