They do not do refunds, we had to use credits only for cap and gown digitals. So be absolutely sure before you book any appointments with them.

Horrible, dishonest about pricing and pictures are a hit or miss because they are not professional. Sure you have a couple thousand dollars if you want your pictures and digital.

They will steal money from you if you are not very careful. You must make every effort to not assume the price you see in the cart is accurate. It also appears they have trained customer support...
