Although the complex was built in 1983, Greg Giles bought the majority of condominiums in 1999. He is the majority owner of 44 units, Property Manager of 8 units, and HOA President/Manager. We won the City of Garland Certificate of Achievement for providing Quality Multi-family Housing in 2013 & 2014.
Specialties
We are a 56 unit condo complex on Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland off I-30. We lease 1 and 2 bedroom units including lofts. Our condos come with washer/dryers, fireplace and 22 ft balconies that face the lake. We are pet friendly and have a core of long-term Residents that gives us the feel of an owner-occupied community.
