With this in mind, we continually work toward sourcing all materials locally and using native plants to reduce irrigation needs whenever possible. These practices are incorporated into the many LEED registered projects in which we have participated such as Frontera Vista, The Rim, Seton Administrative Offices and the AMD Austin Campus. Additionally, Clean Scapes recently obtained Green Garden Certification through the City of Austin's new program to promote sustainable and environmentally-sound landscape practices. Furthering our commitment to the environment, we are one of 60+ stakeholders in the Central Texas Clean Cities Coalition. As such, we are converting our large mowers from gasoline-powered to propane-powered in order to reduce emissions and improve local air quality.
