Founded in 1998, Motiva Enterprises is a joint venture of Saudi Refining and Shell Oil Company that refines, distributes and markets oil products. It offers truckload and bulk oil products and services for businesses and wholesalers. The company also provides storage, scheduling, accounting and delivery services for light and heavy oil hydrocarbons. Motiva Enterprises operates more than 7,700 shell-branded gasoline stations, refineries and storage terminals. It serves clients in the eastern and southern United States. In addition, the company maintains Convent Refinery and Norco Refining Company. Motiva Enterprises serves clients in the retail, distribution and commercial industries. It is owned by Saudi Refining and Shell Oil Company.
