They were out of condiments like honey and hot sauce and when we got home we saw that instead of mash potatoes they gave us extra gravy. They charged us 2.99 extra for a side we didn't get.

The chicken is great, but they need mature managers at most of thier locations. Three out of the four times we have picked up our order -- it is wrong. I ordered the gravy for non gravy meals....

Food is too salty, sometimes I hardly get any fries. The chicken looks like it has been sitting out for a while. I always get the wrong drink.
