This company has taken a nose dive. There were not enough employees, the dressing rooms were closed, no bench to try on shoes, only one cashier to handle the long line. What a shame.

I love love shopping at Burlington for my children. They really have great buys. The store is always clean & I love that there still practicing social distancing.

I've been to better locations, but it wasn't the worst. The store was huge, yet somehow really didn't have anything. I did get some stuff, but I'll probably go to different stores from now on....

12 cashier lanes only 2 open all the other employees are walking around on their phones no help at the register. I went there got my things and waited 40 minutes just to checkout! Horrible service...
