Founded in 1969, Bryan and College Station Public Library is fully equipped with a large collection of books on environment, health, career, science, computers, texts, Bible study and technology. The library also offers online books, encyclopedias, magazines and journals. It holds book sales year-round in cooperation with the Friends Association. The library organizes various children s programs, including youth reading, reading rascals book club, preschool storytime, tiny toddler time, nursery rhyme time and art exhibitions. The library also organizes programs for adults, such as computer classes, senior happenings, let s talk about books and movie day. Its reference department provides minuteman library network catalog, electronic database and Internet, and interlibrary loans. The Friends Association offers museum passes to members, including Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Science and the Museum of Natural History. The library is located in Bryan, Texas.
