History

Brow Beauty began in the permanent make-up industry providing Eyebrow Microblading. By 2016, with additional training and certification, eyeliner and lip procedures were added.

Stacy Winters, Certified Medical Micropigmentologist & Microblading Artist Stacy is the owner operator of Brow Beauty. She entered the permanent makeup industry in 2015 after training by Carrie Hunt at the Browtique in Texas was completed in Microblading, and received her certification and license. Stacy has a Brow Beauty salon in Vernon, Texas, where she began her career in permanent makeup procedures. With a desire to provide more services to her clientele, Stacy trained in additional services in Oklahoma, also obtaining her Medical Micropigmentation certification and license in 2016.
