TexIns Solutions, Ltd will be a highly visible company known as the best Distributor Service Organization ( DSO ) in the Region. We will create a highly enjoyable work environment in which we choose our business relationships. A maximum of 50 profile independent General Agents will affiliate with us based on the quality of services, products, and overall value we provide. Major product manufacturers will offer proprietary products and enhanced incentives to become known as a core carrier for our company. TexIns Solutions, Ltd.'s Mission is to develop profitable, long-term relationships with profile General Agents who specialize in Life Insurance. We will do this ( 1 ) by providing value-added services and support that will have a positive impact on their individual agency's profitability and ( 2 ) by delivering innovative design and product solutions that meet their clients' needs. As a Distributor Service Organization, we are committed to exhibiting visible benefits that differentiate us from our competitors within the Wealth Transfer, Wealth Management and Executive Benefits markets and will become the standard by which current and prospective affiliates measure value-added benefits. Further, we will develop relationships with three Life Insurance companies ( product manufacturers ) that will be designated core carriers. These core carriers will provide enhanced incentives and, in some cases, proprietary products that will allow our company to establish and maintain an additional competitive advantage within our markets.
