Womack Machine Supply represents some of the world s leading suppliers of fluid power and industrial control products. With more than 50 years of experience in industrial distribution, Womack has one of the largest inventories in the Southwest is maintained in three conveniently located Regional Distribution Centers. Womack manufactures hydraulic power units ranging from fractional to hundreds of horsepower with gas, diesel, and electric prime movers. Its systems experience includes designing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motion controls, and machine tools, pick and place machines, mobile electrical systems, retrofitting of electro-hydraulic machinery and machine assembly. Womack s automation experience includes relay ladder logic, programmable logic controllers, motion controllers, temperature and process controllers, hydraulic proportional and servo systems, and computer based control systems. Womack has written and published a library of textbooks on fluid power, industrial controls, and automation equipment. The books are written from a practical, rather than a scientific viewpoint, and there is a minimum of mathematics, theory, and formulas. Its books are used by fluid power distributors, manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, colleges, and technical schools throughout the world.

In 1915, J.T. Morrison, W.L. Armstrong and R.P. Turbeville founded Fort Worth Pump & Windmill Company. In 1932 they took the company in a new direction by focusing on plumbing supplies. They named the new organization Morrison in recognition of the Morrison s leadership. During the company s first three decades it confined its operations to its home base in Texas and opened various branches throughout the state. Morrison Supply Company is a leading distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, utilities and municipal products, heating and air conditioning, industrial piping and valves, custom fabrications and oilfield supplies. There are more than 50 locations throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana. Morrison operates two subsidiaries, The Morrison Group, which designs and constructs custom homes and light commercial buildings, and Nova Technologies, computer software services for the distribution and construction industry.
