History

Brothers Steve and James Jennings were partners in the masonry business in the early 1980's, then focusing on new construction. They began noticing a disturbing trend, especially relating to the new housing market...The quality of work in the non-mechanical trades--including masonry--had rapidly deteriorated since the pre-1960's era, when there was little distinguishable difference between the quality of residential and commercial masonry. The brothers increasingly took calls from frustrated homeowners and others who needed repairs and corrections for brick work. Rather than continue to turn them away, Brick Doctor was established in 1986 to focus on the unique needs of the mushrooming brick and masonry repair industry. James continues to this day as Brick Doctor's chief steward. He serves with a team of seasoned repair experts who have built a reputation in their special area of correcting, improving, and restoring all types of masonry.
