Food is 10/10 Location + Parking is 10/10 That drive thru is a little confusing for first time drivers There's only one thing that I would change... My visits to Braums has always been past...

Frustrating! The customer service is really lacking here. It was so bad, I wanted to go behind the counter and serve myself. This location continues to struggle hiring and training people.

If I could rate it lower I would. The employees here with a combined iq couldn't get into Missouri state university college of the ozarks. The food is ok but lackluster. Its only redeeming quality...

Never in the 10 years i have been in texas have i had to wait sooo long for two burgers approximately 35 minutes not counting the 15 minutes standing in line waiting for the employees to come take...
