Sheila Rahighi is a certified physician assistant in Kelsey-Seybold's Cardiology department. She earned her undergraduate degree in respiratory care from Texas State University in San Marcos in 2007 and proceeded to gain over a decade of experience in the medical field as a respiratory therapist. She worked in a variety of settings ranging from cardiac ICU to emergency rooms providing direct patient care through ventilator management and aiding in respiratory treatment of cardiopulmonary conditions. Sheila then earned her Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant from Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, in 2020. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in November 2021, Sheila worked as a physician assistant at Pearland Psychiatry in Texas.

Gabriella McFadden, PA-C, attended Texas A&M University in College Station, earning her Bachelor of Science in biology in 2019. She then went on to Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2024. She sees patients from adolescence through post-menopause for things such as prenatal care, postnatal care, fertility concerns, breast conditions, sexually transmitted infections, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, and more. She is also able to provide preventive care, including evidence-based contraception counseling, and screening for malignancy. Gabriella joined Kelsey-Seybold as an is an OB/GYN physician assistant in December 2024.
