History

I am dedicated to help people reawaken their desire to find wholeness through learning about integrity, intimacy, and understanding the importance of vulnerability in their lives. While we can't change difficult situations or traumas of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve behaviors or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I will strive to help you find the freedom God desires you to experience and help you discover who you were created to be.

Licensed Counselor in Argyle, TX. My wide range of experience includes trauma, parenting, marriage, codependency, addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, crisis, performance enhancement, men's issues, and group therapy. I also work with adolescents and find it rewarding when young people recognize and understand their unlimited potential. I enjoy working with parents in helping them understand their adolescent and resolving family conflict. Counseling can often be scary. My hope is that clients can be free of the stigma of counseling and break through the barriers that often stifle healing. Clients will find comfort in a secure environment that is safe and free of judgement.
