Brackenridge Park Conservancy is dedicated to preserving and enhancing one of the most culturally significant parks in the United States, spanning 400 acres along the San Antonio River. The park offers a diverse array of wildlife trails, recreational opportunities, historic sites, art installations, and community events, making it a vibrant urban oasis for locals and visitors alike.
Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and operating in partnership with the City of San Antonio, the Conservancy focuses on creating inclusive spaces and enriching the community through nature-based projects, such as a new interactive playscape. Beautiful park! Plenty of trails, and outdoor picnic tables. The park is pretty big. We drove through part of it and walked around a bit. Gem in the middle of the city.
