Bracken Christian School

Wilderness Oak Elementary School serves more than 1,100 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has a library media center that assists students in the use of current and appropriate information, as well as encourages reading as a lifetime activity. The school offers academic classes in various subjects, such as vocal and instrumental music, math, science, speech and language, technology, arts, social studies and physical education. Wilderness Oak Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that organizes various fundraising activities. It is operated by the North East Independent School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Wilderness Oak Elementary School has been operational since 2005 and is located in San Antonio.
