Rude and unprofessional. As someone who doesn't look like the regular consumer of cigars I did not appreciate their behavior.

Walked and told it was a private lounge and I definitely wasn't welcome. Very rude disrespectful owner.

This place is great as is Mark the proprietor. Excellent selection and perfect lounge. Highly recommended.
