Cathryn has specialized training with the posterior torso as she was employed in the medical field while becoming proficient in the massage curriculum at Midland College. She became interested in massage as a therapy and began her studies in an endeavor to pursue pain relief for her Mother who developed bone and bone on her hips and knees in 2010. Her mom was able to put off surgery for 8 years due to Cathryn's healing skill set. Adjustments will be made to the bolsters, the lighting, the tranquil music & the room secured from interruptions. Your journey begins with a muscle warming solution applied to your feet followed by wrapping them in hot towels. You inhale aromatherapy to enhance calming. Your therapist will address your greatest need first - which is typically the spine spending 30 - 40 minutes from your hips to your head. Whether your appointment is 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes - rest assured- healing therapeutic hands with warm lotion will be on you the entire time. Extremely comforting!
