We started at home 1,000 sqft room then moved out 1year later to a 3,200sqft then in 2014 moved to 10,000 sqft building. Currently in a 6,400 sqft building ready to expand Body Shop Gym.

Specialties

We encourage weightloss and strength training for anyone looking to better there health.
