History

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I have taught in a variety of gyms and fitness facilities. What I know for sure is they are dirty, germy and are often full of sick people, year round. What better way to work out than in the fresh outdoors? Dallas has great weather almost year round. Its cold for about 6 weeks and oppressively hot for about 6 weeks, and you know what? I doesn't stop ANYONE from working out. Plus, exercising outdoors gives you a HUGE amount of variety.
