When you call in a prreceipt ion got heart meds and they sell your meds to someone else after you drive 40 minutes and offer to charge you with giving you no product it's time to find another vet.

I'm glad I found BCAH. My favorite doctor moved away, but there are plenty of VTs to do the claw trimmings, shots, etc. All friendly and professional.
