Blue Rose Christian Counseling

My inspiration to become a Licensed Professional Counselor is based on my experiences in the area of mental health. My desire is to help others overcome debilitating fears, release unnecessary burdens, think clearly, experience emotions, and make wise choices. I utilize a comprehensive approach in facilitating the healing process. Our body, mind, and spirit work in tandem; therefore, each component plays a role in our mental wellness. I offer a warm and welcoming environment in which to counsel, utilizing the scientifically supported methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Insight Oriented Therapy (IOT), the Interpersonal Process Approach (IPA), and Medical Hypnoanalysis (MH) from a Biblically based perspective.
