Blue Bonnet Court, originally known as the Bluebonnet Tourist Camp, is a historic motor court-style motel located in north-central Austin, Texas. Built in 1929 by the Brydson Lumber Company, it features 11 basic rooms with attached covered parking, now rented as efficiency apartments.
Situated on the northwestern corner of the Hyde Park subdivision, Blue Bonnet Court holds significance as Austin's first motel with a neon sign from the 1930s, still visible in a dilapidated condition. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, it stands as a nostalgic reminder of Austin's past hospitality offerings along the route connecting Austin to Dallas.
