This H&R block gave me some fantastic service this year. I had some difficult questions about dependents and other "fine-print" sort of qualifications for various tax credits, rules and forms....

While not having the friendliest staff, they do get the job done. My appointment was at 1, but the guy was running 30 minutes late. I understand it's taxes, and that some stuff is complicated, but...

Worst ever experience. All they did was lie to my daughter. Even after I went there to pay for the service they lied to me. The agent and the manager both are only in it for the money No people...
