We have made the difficult decision to permanently close the Bedford location on March 26, 2021. We are fortunate to be able to continue to serve you, our members, by transferring all memberships to our North Richland Hills location just a short twelve-minute drive from Bedford.

Friendly clean small affordable. they have everything you need for a good workout including jump ropes and resistance bands- even foam rollers. Stuff other gyms don't offer. 24 hours...
