Sydney is not knowledgeable about hair. He does not seem to know, for example, how high the setting can be on a flat iron. More disturbingly, though, nor does he care. He will not care if he burns...

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a while now (about 2 years) and it is with utter disgust that I have to write this review. I typically receive the humidity frizz control treatment....
