In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. We had a fun time at this restaurant. The eggs Benedict was great as was the tri-tip dip sandwich. Everything we have had here has been great.
